The Oscilating Virus Filter was delivered to the [[Baxter Building]] by disguised supervillains [[Gargoyle_(Yuri_Topolov)|Yuri]] and [[Gremlin_(Kondrati_Topolov)|Kondrati Topolov]].

==Characteristics==
The Oscilating Virus Filter is a large cubic device, large enough to require at least two worker to transport. It was presumably designed to filter computer viruses and other unwanted programming via some process of oscilation.
