Dromio's Mirror is actually a paid of twin magic mirrors. One mirror was possessed by Morgana Macawber and the other by the gargoyle, Demona.

Characteristics
Dromio's Mirror is pair twin magical mirrors and enable communication between whomever possesses each mirror. One can also physically pass through the mirrors, such as when Demona abducted Morgana. ("Dark-Duck Reflections")
Real World Background
The mirror's name is a reference to William Shakespeare's "A Comedy of Errors", which features the twin brothers Dromio of Ephesus and Dromio of Syracuse.
