William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (August 19, 1946 -) is the President of the United States of America.
History
The President hosted a Halloween ball in the White House in 1996, for which Mr. Duval arranged for David Xanatos to receive an invitation. [1] While there, Xanatos had a private meeting with White House Chief Steward, Quincy Hemings. Other guests included Ambassador Amanda Chung. ("Invitation Only", "Masque", "Bash")

Real World Background
William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton was the forty-second President of the United States of America. His wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, was the Secretary of State in the first Barack Obama administration and was the 2016 Democratic nominee for President.
He was also impeached for committing perjury.
Production Background
President Clinton was never identified by name within the Gargoyles animated series or Gargoyles comic book. Greg Weisman explained that he wanted to keep the position somewhat vague so he "wouldn't have to decide." In general, he wrote that "I'd tend to lean toward keeping it more real.". [2][3] With the comic book's White House events taking place in 1996, it is obvious who the President is.
