Cyberbiotics Commander

The Cyberbiotics Commander ran security in Cyberbiotics underground research facility. While he and his men briefly captured Hudson, thanks to Bronx' intervention, Hudson escaped, stealing a data disc for David Xanatos.

The research facility was shortly abandoned, and the whereabouts of the commander are currently unknown.
