Purse Snatcher
The purse snatcher stole a woman's handbag and ran off into the night. The victim yelled for the police. Brooklyn was about to chase the purse snatcher when Demona told him that it would be pointless since human justice would have him out of jail and back on the streets in a day.
The purse snatcher's face is never shown. From a distance it appeared he had brown hair. It's unknown whether he was ever caught or if the purse was ever recovered.
