Personally, I prefer only to provide Wikipedia, Theoi, etcetera links to the actual character, not just a namesake. A lot of New Olympians have links to Wikipedia stuff on them, and I've avoided adding any Theoi links except to Minotaur and Talos. At the very least, I think that a wikipedia link is sufficient for a mere namesake.
