The Flogging Feathers of Flagellicus was a spell from the Grimorum Arcanorum.


History

After abducting Morgana Macawber, Dominique Destine demanded the sorceress reveal the location of the Quackronomicon. When Morgana refused, Dominique used a page from the Grimorum Arcanorum to cast a spell to continue Morgana's interrogation - but she wouldn't break. ("The Green-Eyed Abyss Gazes, Also...")

Characteristics

Upon casting the spell, several magical feathers materialize and begin tickling their target.
