The Flogging Feathers of Flagellicus

The Flogging Feathers of Flagellicus was a spell from the Grimorum Arcanorum.

After abducting Morgana Macawber, Dominique Destine demanded the sorceress reveal the location of the Quackronomicon. When Morgana refused, Dominique used a page from the Grimorum Arcanorum to cast a spell to continue Morgana's interrogation - but she wouldn't break. ("The Green-Eyed Abyss Gazes, Also...")

Upon casting the spell, several magical feathers materialize and begin tickling their target.

Evoca plumas...

ad hostum meum cruciandum...

pro his simplicibus plumas...

nihil el nisi vae afferte!

Summon feathers…

to crucify my enemy…

for these simple feathers…

bring nothing but woe!
