Pet Spider

The Pet Spider belongs to the Tenant in 4A at 601 Amsterdam Avenue.

History

On the night that Broadway was investigating a cold case at the Manhattan apartment complex, he met with the Tenant in 4A at the door, who had a pet spider squarely atop the tenant's head. He asked the gargoyle to come back in four hours' time to take any questions, since the spider was involved in a "super-important" experiment that the tenant was currently engaged in.

The spider was not with his owner when the tenant later came outside to learn that he was now an equal-part owner of the building. ("Stone Cold Case")

Characteristics

Tenant 4A's pet spider is brown and appears to be some species of tarantula.
