The Cyberbiotics Commander ran security in Cyberbiotics underground research facility.
History
In October 1994, he and his men briefly captured Hudson right outside the facility. Thanks to Bronx's intervention, however, Hudson escaped, stealing a data disc for David Xanatos.
The research facility was abandoned shortly after, and the whereabouts of the commander are currently unknown.
