The Fulfillment Spell is a powerful magical spell, engraved upon the Medici Tablet.
History
Its function is to grant the wish of whoever casts it, although within certain limits. In her Operation Clean Slate, Demona used it to magically blend the CV-1000 Carrier Virus with the D/I-7 detergent, producing a plague powerful enough to wipe out all intelligent life on Earth.
