Monsieur Le Maire is a mysterious individual who contacted the Director over the telephone, regarding the Redemption Squad that the Director had assembled. He represents an organization opposed to the Illuminati. He expressed concern that the hiring of the Squad was against their organization's usual methods, but reassured the Director that he was not ordering the Squad to disband. ("Losers")

In 2024, while promoting Gargoyles: Quest, Greg Weisman teased that the as-yet unseen character would make an appearance. [1]
