Glasses is Tony Dracon's pseudo-consigliere and second-in-command; one could almost describe him as being to Dracon what Owen is to Xanatos.
Characteristics
Glasses calmly and coolly helps Dracon direct his various criminal schemes in New York.
Glasses has known Tony since their early teens.[1]
