Rob Paulsen is an American voice actor who provided the voice Helios in the episode "The New Olympians".
Prior to Gargoyles, he voiced Raphael on 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (which also included regular voice work from Cam Clarke, Peter Renaday, James Avery and Pat Fraley). He also voiced Steelbeak on Darkwing Duck and provided additional voices for Freakazoid!.
