William Greene is the father of Billy and Susan Greene, and Sarah Browne's husband. He is also the Jogger's brother. [1]
History
His first encounter with the gargoyles took place in 1994 during Goliath and Lexington's first battle with the Pack. He shrugged it off as a publicity stunt. ("The Thrill of the Hunt")
Billy and Susan's father, or someone who looked like him, came into the 23rd Precinct looking for an explanation on why he could not remember the previous night, due to being frozen in stone by Demona's "stone by night" spell. He was tended to by the Weird Sisters disguised as police officers. ("City of Stone" Part Three)
In 1997, he, along with his family and many other residents of Manhattan, watched the final decision of Goliath's Hearing on TV. ("New Rules")
He and his brother, the Jogger, were walking along the street outside of Demona's Townhouse and was one of the first humans entranced by Demona when she used the three new Keys to Power to enslave humanity.
